The Project

Youngfashion - here Lixano is one of the most significant and striking textile wholesalers in Germany. With exciting collections and bright colors that reflect the label, the newcomers from Rülzheim, Rhineland-Palatinate, which started in 2006, are in demand. Warehouse and office buildings have been designed with an unmatched design in which the BENCHMARK by Kingspan DesignWall Matrix also provides optimum fire protection.

Special sandwich elements for eye-catching and fire protection

For the eye-catching and individual design of the buildings, our BENCHMARK by Kingspan Designwall Matrix offered the elegant and secure solution. With the large color selection of the sandwich elements, unique optical accents could be set. They make the Lixano brand visually visible at first sight.

The high requirements for fire protection have also been fully met. The modular façade system  Desingwall Matrix with mineral wool core is reliable thanks to its classification into the fire behavior class A2-s1, d0 and high fire resistance (EI90 for a building thickness of> 120 mm). For the Lixano buildings, a unique symbiosis of excellent architecture and proven security was designed.
