Strategic Commercial Analyst

Kingspan insulation is in a fast-growing, innovative and international organization in the Technical Insulation Business. As Strategic Commercial Analyst you analyse all (international) commercial activities and performances of our company so the Management Team is having a reliable and clear view of the commercial processes,  results and expected commercial outlook and will be able to adjust, if necessary to meet the commercial objectives. You create plans and work on the execution of the plans to improve short term, medium term and long term objectives. You report directly to the Commercial Director of Kingspan Insulation Continental Europe and you will manage and guide the CRM Specialist. 

What does your day look like?

You will create analysis of the sales performances together with the CRM specialist. You discus the development of commercial strategy and make proposals which contribute to continuous improvement of commercial results, sales efficiency and effectiveness by performing gap analysis and corrective plans. 
 
Since you are the specialist of the commercial analyses, you maintain and adjust (if necessary reporting methodologies. You participate in commercial meetings and will challenge the sales organization. You create awareness and visibility regarding the commercial activities and their results 
 

What qualities do you bring? 

  • Education on a bachelor + level (e.g. business economics, commercial)  
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position at B-to-B company, including leadership skills 
  • Good knowledge of commercial processes. 
  • Excellent numerical / analytical skills. 
  • Experience with automated data-processing (ERP) and reports and with data intelligence EG/ Cognos/Dynamics. 
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English language (verbal and written). 
  • You live In the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium on driving distance from Tiel (NL).
