Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 LPC/FM should be described in specifications as:

The flat roof insulation shall be Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 LPC/FM  ____ mm thick: comprising a fibre–free high performance rigid thermoset PIR insulation core faced on both sides with a glass tissue based facing. The Insulation core shall be 90% (or greater) closed cell structure. The product shall be FM approved to class 4470. The product shall be manufactured: with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP); under a management system certified to ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, BS / I.S. OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO 50001: 2011; by Kingspan Insulation and installed in accordance with the instructions issued by them.
