Craigieburn’s town centre has acquired a $330 million retail development complex covering 50 000sqm. The new shopping complex includes Woolworths, Aldi and Coles supermarkets and has become a vibrant focal point for the local area. The design consists of four colour coded quadrants, each leading to a central meeting point. Kingspan’s Trapezoidal wall panels have been installed on the units, enabling a swift and efficient construction. These panels are manufactured off-site and then installed directly onto the walls significantly reducing building time. The shopping complex was open in time for Christmas 2013, and enjoyed a rush from last minute Christmas Shoppers.
