At Kingspan we know how important it is to have your product arrive safely. This is why we offer ShockWatch impact indicators and ShockWatch Tilt indicators. ShockWatch is a very visible device that activates if your product has sustained an impact which exceeds a set level.

A ShockWatch devise is fixed to a package in a position that alerts everyone involved in the handling process that extra care is needed. Devises can also be placed inside the packaging directly onto your product. Due to the nature of our packaging your product will experience far less impact then the packaging. Fixing an indicator directly on your product allows you to more accurately determine if an impact has reached your product and possibly damaged it. ShockWatch tilt indicators detect and record unacceptable tilting of goods; however it remains unaffected by movement due to normal handling conditions.
There are a number of benefits to using a ShockWatch label indicator.
  • Promotes accountability throughout the distribution chain.
  • Acts as a visual deterrent to reduce product mishandling.
  • Provides indisputable evidence of mishandling
  • Can help identify trouble spots in the supply chain
  • Alert recipients to inspect contents upon arrival.
