As manufacturers we recommend that all Klargester products require annual servicing - this is a service that can be provided by our own Kingspan Environmental Service. We have a dedicated team of qualified service engineers that can be scheduled to complete site visits.
The service schedule would be determined by the size and application of the Klargester product. This can be obtained by calling KES or by referring to your owner’s manual/installation guidelines.
You can tell if your Klargester product is fully operational by arranging for a Kingspan Environmental service engineer to attend site under an annual service agreement.

We would recommend that you contact our service team in reference to this and we can advise on best course of action to give peace of mind that your unit is fully mechanically and electrically operational.
If this happens we would recommend this be actioned as quickly as possible and our service team should be contacted to arrange a site visit or a tankering. This would help address and rectify the problem with a prompt and professional turn around.
The Klargester BioDisc forms a range of Sewage Treatment Plants that biologically treat household and light commercial wastewater using the unique Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) technology. The range covers from a single house up to a small community’s requirements. 
All Klargester products are supplied with a 12-month guarantee from date of delivery.
In the UK, any unit going into the ground may require ‘consent to discharge’ from the local Environment Agency / SEPA office, even if you are using just a storage tank. Planning permission is required from the local Building Control department.
