Lo-Pitch Roof System

The Kingspan Lo-Pitch Roof System can deliver an architecturally streamlined roof. It is designed to blend with the surroundings or to create striking juxtapositions through new and interesting shapes. Lo-Pitch is a secret-fix, shallowed-profiled roof insulated panel with raised side joints.

3. Panel available at up to 29.3m in length.
3. System includes fast install system ancillaries: daylighting solutions and LPCB-approved gutters

  • Profile: Upstand profile along panel side joint with minor profiles across the panel width
  • Fixing detail: Secret-fix appearance created by elevated and capped fasteners clipped on site
  • Metal type: Steel
  • Colours: Kingspan XL Forté (Symphony / Vivace / Crescendo) and Kingspan Spectrum (Solid / Metallic / Diamond)
  • Application: Pitched roofs of 1.5º or more after deflection
  • Lengths: From 1.8m to 29m
  • Cover width: 1000mm
  • Environmental rating: May be Green Guide A+ rated, subject to project specific assessment
  • Fire rating: LPCB, FM approved
  • Air Leakage: 3m3/hr/m2 airtightness certainty at 50Pa
  • Product Compatibility: Integrates with Kingspan Day-Lite Upstand, Kingspan Safety solutions and Kingspan Roof Mounted PV System
  • Seals: Factory-applied anti-condensation tape to both sides and site-applied end lap sealant 

The external and internal faces of the panel to be Class 0 in accordance with the Building Regulations when tested to BS476: Part 6: 2009 and Part 7: 1997. The panel is rated SAA when tested to BS 476: Part 3: 2004.
This FIREsafe system has passed all the requirements of LPS 1181: 2005: Part 1: Issue 1.1, ceiling lining tests by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) certified to LPS 1181 Grade EXT – B.

This ECOsafe system may achieve a Green Guide A+ rating and is subject to project specific assessments.
