UltraTech Flush Door Highlights

Our Ultratech flush door system is available in a single leaf, double leaf or sliding door option.

Optional : Door Interlocking System

Our door interlocking system is compatible with our single and double leaf doors.The system ensures that there is at least one locked door between the internal and external cleanroom environment. The system can be integrated with our single leaf, double leaf and sliding doors.

Features:

1.  As many doors as necessary can be interlocked when used in conjunction with additional identical controllers
2. Red and Green LED indicator/ push buttons which are integrated into each door frame. 
3. Flush fitting
4. No fixing screws
5. Sealed to IP65
6. Emergency release function

Kingspan CLEANsafe 15
Kingspan CLEANsafe 15 is a basic polyester coating suitable for standard internal environments, providing reasonable chemical and humidity corrosion resistance.

Kingspan CLEANsafe 25
Kingspan CLEANsafe 25 is a polyester coating suitable for moderately aggressive internal environments, providing good chemical and humidity corrosion resistance.

  • Protection film: Yes (standard)

Kingspan CLEANsafe 55
Kingspan CLEANsafe 55 is a chemically inert colaminated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film and polyester (PE) paint, applied to pre-treated metal, suitable for humid and chemically aggressive internal environments.

Kingspan HYGIENEsafe
Kingspan HYGIENEsafe is our unique chemically inert, 
anti-bacterial coating. A rigid polyvinylchloride (PVC) phthalate-free coating applied to pre-treated metal and suitable for humid and chemically aggressive internal environments.

Kingspan CLEANsafe 316
CLEANsafe 316 is cold rolled annealed austenitic stainless steel, suitable for corrosive internal environments.

Core: ECOsafe PIR / MF Core. 
Thickness: 60mm, 80mm (Tol. ± 1,0 mm) doorleaf.

Door openings:
Height: 2133mm (clear internal height) for frame height of 2200mm, for 80mm
Width: 1067mm (clear internal width) for a frame width of 1200mm, for 80mm
Height: 2125mm (clear internal height) for frame height of 2200mm, for 60mm
Width: 1050mm (clear internal width) for frame width of 1200mm

Door hardware: Stainless steel hinges; stainless steel door handle; stainless steel pull handle; door lock with keys; and recessed drop-seal.
