Powder coating can replicate the appearance of oxidised steel without the stress, here we see our 13 standard "corten" inspired ppc coated Dri-Design aluminium cassettes.

Natural corten is a beautiful material but can be difficult in practice. Staining of surrounding materials requires planning of guttering and drainage channels with some environments such as marine, sub-tropical , and low level areas being particuarly problematic. The material is not suitable for direct fix installation and rail and bracket systems can be costly.

PPC on aluminium eliminates these issues.
