Technical Positions

This position will suit a practical and adaptable Structural Engineer who will be responsible for management of a bilocated team of Structural Designers/Detailers and the successful delivery of a range of projects from inception to completion.


  • Management and Supervision of a large Structural Design & Detailing team responsible for the development of Structural Designs, 3D fabrication models, part/assembly drawings and erection drawings
  • Structural Design of building elements and structures
  • Develop fabrication level information early in the design process
  • Coordination and oversight of Consultant Engineers
  • Resolution of design and development problems
  • Ensure production of deliverables to programme and within budget
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team


  • Must have an Honours degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • a minimum of 3 years’ postgraduate experience in Structural design of buildings to Eurocodes
  • Knowledge & experience of current EN Standards and Irish Building Regulations requirements
  • Experience in use of proprietary structural analysis and design software
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to lead teams
  • Commercial awareness and proven track record in managing projects
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland

This position will suit a motivated, practical and adaptable Site Engineer / Supervisor, with the ambition to progress quickly to a Contracts Management position; who will be responsible for client liaison and the supervision of site-based operations in multiple developments located throughout Ireland.


  • Assist and support the Site Operations management team in the on-site control of the erection of Off-Site Engineered Building Systems
  • Setting-out of foundations and superstructure
  • Surveying of as built construction, plotting surveys in AutoCAD and checking against construction drawings
  • Supervision of subcontractors,
    • ensuring quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with on-site policies and procedures
    • adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Liaison with and provision of Technical Support to clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
  • Coordination of Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Safe System of Work Plans with main contractors
  • Recognised qualifications in an Engineering or Construction discipline, with an understand of building technology and ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Proven experience in a Setting-Out and proficiency in the use of Total Station equipment
  • Strong IT skills including practical experience in the use of AutoCAD
  • Possess effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both on own initiative and within team environments
  • Ideally suited to candidates based in the Leinster region

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist / Construction Professional with the ambition to progress quickly to a Project Management role.


  •  Liaison with clients and their design teams to ensure successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, to programme and within budget
  •  The coordination of customer designs by accurately reproducing technically correct Architectural drawings to client requirements, based on our engineering and manufacturing standards

We are seeking experienced Structural Detailers with the ambition to progress quickly to a Supervisory Role within our Technical Department.


  • Development of Structural Designs utilising AutoCAD based 3D modelling software to produce component/assembly drawings and bills of materials, for the purposes of fabrication and site erection
  • Document Control and Revision management
  • Resolution of design and development problems

  • Recognised qualification in an Engineering or Architectural field

These positions will ideally be suited to either enthusiastic school leavers educated to Leaving Certificate or candidates with a QQI Level 5 Award in a Construction or Engineering related programme, who are genuinely interested in a long-term career opportunity.
  • Provision of administrational support to the Engineering team, in the quantification of materials and preparation of documentation packages
  • Experiential training in the understanding of Architectural and Construction drawings, leading to progression to Fabrication Drawing detailing in AutoCAD

Training will include formal 3rd party training leading to a recognised qualification in AutoCAD drafting.

Office Support Positions

This role will report to the Marketing Coordinator; the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the digital marketing strategy for the organisation.
  • Creation and editing of digital images and video
  • Content generation and management of website and multiple social media accounts
  • Administrative or other marketing support
  • Experience of using social media in a professional and/or promotional capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good standard of computer literacy including a working knowledge of design packages such as Photoshop and video edit software
  • Experience of using website content management systems.
  • Copy writing and proofreading skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • A creative flair in the generation of original online content
  • Highly organised, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritise
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

Operations Positions

We are seeking an experienced Manager to organise and oversee our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Operations Director the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspect of pre-production planning, production control and supervision. Extensive know-how in production procedures is essential with an ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance.

  • Liaise with department heads in the Management of the Production schedule
  • Organise workflow, develop productions processes and select appropriate equipment
  • Determine necessary human and material resources
  • Supervise and motivate a production team, review performance and identify training needs.
  • Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes;
  • Implementation of best practice in Health & Safety compliance
  • Contribute to product development
  • Proven experience in Production Management, preferably in an Engineering related industry
  • Third level qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Extensive knowledge of production management and performance evaluation
  • Experience in formulation and reporting of key production metrics
  • Familiarity of quality standards and health & safety regulations

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will work closely with all members of the Management team being responsible for a range of administration tasks associated with purchasing activities and the analysis of stock usage and pricing. The ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential.

  • Maintenance of Stock-Coding and Pricing Database
  • Preparation, Administration and tracking of Purchase Orders
  • Recording / checking arrivals into stock
  • Formulation of Stock usage and costing reports
  • Management of stock levels ensuring inventory is sufficient for production needs
  • Main contact to suppliers in scheduling and expediting of deliveries, resolving shortages and late deliveries

  • Proven work experience in purchasing/supply chain management, preferably in a Construction / Engineering background

Operative Positions

Full training will be given and opportunities for versatility training to other production areas will also be available as candidates progress.

  • Perform manual operations associated with Engineered Timber manufacturing lines.
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Quality, Health and Safety Standards
  • Working to meet daily production targets and deadlines
We are seeking experienced CNC / Automated Production Machinery operators.

  • Setting up and Operation of woodworking machinery
  • Basic maintenance and upkeep of the machine and console
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Quality, Health and Safety Standards
  • Ability to read and interpret work instruction documents
Drivers required for safe and efficient operation of Combilift multi-directional forklifts.

  • Unloading of raw materials and loading of finished product in an efficient and safe manner
  • Distribution of materials from storage facilities to workstations
  • Adherence of Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety Standards
  • Carry out regular maintenance checks on the forklift
  • Previous experience in the operation of large forklifts / Combilift multi-directional forklifts
