In terms of reaction to fire, and in accordance with the Euroclass Classification BS EN 13501-1, Kingspan Kooltherm Pipe Insulation products can achieve as good as BL,s1,d0, which is the highest rating that phenolic, pir, pur and nitrile rubber can be assessed against.
All euroclass ratings for Kooltherm, Therma, and KoolDuct products can be found on their respective product pages. Kingspan also offers pipe and duct isulation that is FM Approved in specific constructions. These products are subjected to rigorous fire tests and associated ongoing audits.
