BIM stands for Building Information Modelling, and it is the new process of managing all of the information for a building. It takes on a cradle to grave approach meaning it is used from the initial concept of a design all the way through to the demolition of the building. By using the BIM process process it enables better collaboration between everyone involved with a project.
