Soffit insulation with a low emissivity composite foil outer face

Premium performance soffit insulation

Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Board is a premium performance insulation with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core.

As part of our Kingspan Kooltherm 100 range, it provides a level of performance that is unrivalled in the world of rigid thermoset insulation materials with a thermal conductivity of just 0.018 W/mK across all thicknesses.

Manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ODP and low GWP, it is used to insulate structural ceilings (soffits).

Manufacturing sustainability information

Net Zero Energy / Renewable Energy	Kingspan Kooltherm K110 is manufactured in our Pembridge, Herefordshire facility. By the end of 2020, 100% of the non-renewable operational energy used in manufacturing processes in this site will be matched through the use of renewable energy and the purchase of renewable energy certificates (to offset any remaining non-renewable energy use). Net Zero Carbon manufacturing	Our groupwide aim is to achieve net zero carbon (CO2e) emissions (scope 1 & 2) from our manufacturing activities by the end of 2030. For more info, visit Planet Passionate.
Waste to Landfill	At Pembridge, we currently send 7.9% of our manufacturing waste to landfill. We are working to achieve total landfill diversion in the next year. Our Planet Passionate goal is to send zero waste to landfill by 2030.
Responsible sourcing	This product is certified 'Excellent' to BES 6001 (Framework Standard for the Responsible Sourcing of Construction Products) for our Pembridge manufacturing site.
