Heavy Sliding cold room doors

isomasters heavy sliding doors from the type of ZPE- ZNE are airtightly closing sliding cold room doors with a framed door panel core of PUR foam. This thermal bridge free sliding door opens lightly and quietly with an anodised ALU125 or ALU250 running rail which at the same time hides all mechanical parts under an aesthetic cover and shuts it off against soiling and cleaning products. In the range, one can also equip the sliding door, with a fully closed stainless-steel tube rail, the INOX Tube.

All this is combined with a selection of PVC or aluminium door frames in RAL 9010.

Door leaf protection

The door panel of the ZPE-ZNE sliding doors is strongly framed with a double-walled aluminium frame in RAL 9010 that is mounted in an invisible way and tuned with a RAL 7016 viewing edge, both for door panels of 60, 100 or 140 mm thickness. The door panel framework provides the insulation panels an optimal protection against heavy and intensive use in production and shipping companies. In order to protect the door panel even more against collisions, one can optionally choose a protective bumper in RAL 7016 or 2004.

Special coatings

isomasters sliding cold room doors ZPE-ZNE are fitted by default with galvanised pre-lacquered steel plate Cleansafe 25 – RAL 9010. Depending on the application and the requirements, for use in aggressive environments, a selection can be made from a range of very durable optional coatings such as:

  • CLEANsafe 55 – PET55 - RAL 9010
  • CLEANsafe inox 304 – line brushed or circular brushed
  • CLEANsafe inox 316 – circular brushed
  • CLEANsafe inox 304 – design lines

In addition, there is an aesthetic colour palette available to give the door panels a special look, with panel trim in HDP35in which 10 various colours are available such as: RAL 9010 – 9002 – 1023 – 3000 – 5010 – 6010 – 9006 – 9007 – 7015 – 7016 and 9006.


QuadCore insulated version

Unique world first: ZPE- ZNE sliding doors can be delivered with a super-insulating QuadCore insulation core that guarantees a 20% better insulating capacity of your sliding door. These super-insulating sliding doors are only available in colour finishing RAL 9010. They are the perfect match with QuadCore IND panels with which fire safe industrial buildings and production sites are buil

Automated solutions


Just as with the light sliding doors the ZPE/ZNE sliding doors with ALU125 rail can be automated with the compact electronically controlled motor which is fitted completely invisibly hidden in the rail system, with no visible cabling. With the automated sliding doors with ALU250 rail is a remote-controlled door panel security provided for.

Both automated versions guarantee a super quickly and safe passage for optimal usage between work places and cold and frozen storage.

The automatic control is fitted by default with an electro-mechanical motor, pre-wired control box IP56, edge protection with ALU250, adjustable timer, control buttons inside and outside, adjustable opening and closing functions. All this can be further supplemented with mounting wiring, pull switches, various detection systems, remote controls, etc.
