For data centre use

The cast aluminium construction includes directional airflow vanes for directional airflow with a 60% open area. Protected from corrosion by anti-static Sparklite white powder coat finish. Designed to fit Kingspan access floor systems.
 
DirectAire is an all-aluminium lightweight directional airflow panel that uses patent pending technology to angle the air towards the equipment achieving a 93% Capture Index. This means that 93% of the airflow delivered through the airflow panel is entering the face of the server rack, providing the highest cooling capacity and energy efficiency of any aluminium airflow panel on the market.
 
Tested in accordance with EN13264 for ventilation for buildings. Floor mounted air terminal devices.

Finished floor heights from 70mm to 1200mm are available using standard pedestals. For heights outside of this range alternative pedestals are available.

The classifications given are based on the use of the Kingspan range of pedestals.

Panel is designed with side channels to fit Kingspan extra-heavy grade screw down stringer systems. Side channels are available in a variety of heights to match adjacent solid penals.
 
 For optional additional airflow control a Multi-zone Opposed Blade Damper can be added to this system.
