QuadCore™ it the first closed-cell insulation in the world to be certified to FM4882, for use in smoke sensitive occupancies. The core achieves a reaction to fire of B-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1, the lowest smoke emissions possible, and offers fire resistance of up to one hour insulation and three hours integrity to EN 13501-2.


QuadCore™ can help deliver an energy efficient building envelope. With a lambda value of just 0.018 W/mK - the best in the indsutry. It can achieve U-vslus as low as 0.08 W/m²K. Put simply, we're talking about a 20% thermal improvement over a standard PIR core.


From production to construction, environmental considerations always run high on our list. The micro-cell structure at the heart of QuadCore™ technology is a more resource-efficient, reducing impact right at the point of manufacture. The product itself helps to achieve higher ratings in building assessment methodologies such as BREEAM and LEED. In fact, our studies show that a QuadCore™ building can get six more BREEAM Ene01 credits that a typical retail or distribution warehouse.
