Recess Fixed Cassette offers a value engineered solution

  • The Recess Fixed Cassette is an alternative to the Hook-On Cassette System that can be installed horizontally, with variable joint widths. 
  • Fixing Method: Direct fix to QuadCore® / K-Roc™ Karrier (Corten onto top hats, not direct to panel).
  • Min Size: 300 x 130
  • Max Size: 3,800 x 1,350
  • Options: Aluminium, Copper, Corten and Stainless Steel

Recess-fixed Cassette 300x200

Recess Fix Cassette

Does not require a secondary support/rail system and is installed with colour matched rivets. The façade is fixed directly through the external structural face of the QuadCore® Karrier System. If this cassette option is specified in Corten, please note that vertical top hats are necessary for ventilation. Please contact our Technical Department for quantity of fixings required and best fixing method.

Dimensions

Minimum size for cassettes, 150mm x 150mm. Maximum size for cassettes, 2870mm x 500mm.

Fire 

Aluminium with polyester powder coating is classified to EN13501-1/2: A2-s1,d0 
Anodized aluminium is classified to EN13501-1: A1
Corten is classified to EN13501-1:A1
Stainless steel is classified to EN13501-1:A1
 
Enviromental 

Aluminium can be fully recycled and used for the production of new material.
Corten Due to the nature of the steel, rainwater run-off may cause staining due to the rainwater partially washing away the rusted surface. Therefore, special design and drainage consideration should be taken to ensure that the rain water run-off is channelled into a specific route to ensure that the contaminated rainwater does not cause any staining.
Stainless steel is highly recyclable and can be continually recycled without any degradation of the material properties or performance. There is little to no run off and no contamination from stainless steel resulting in little or no pollution.
