Fast track, single component facade installation

A super smooth unprofiled secret  fix insulated panel that can be laid vertically or horizontally, the perfect solution for a minimalist façade. Evolution has the aesthetic appeal of a super-smooth aluminium rainscreen façade with the added value of an insulated panel. Laid vertically or horizontally panels integrate easily with other  Kingspan Facade products and are available in a wide range of colours and surface textures.

Evolution Axis is a highly streamlined, sleek unprofiled insulated panel system; the perfect solution if you are looking to achieve a minimalist façade on buildings with large flat surface areas. Smooth and flawless in appearance.
Length 1.8 to 17m, cover width 600 to 1000 - in 1mm (subject to MOQ) increments available 600/900/1000 standard sizes

Evolution Recess

Evolution Recess features depth and dimension through the folding of the panel edge and the insertion of a 10mm or 20mm gasket between the panels, creating a unique 3D effect.
Length 1.8 to 8m, cover width 600 to 1000 - in 1mm (subject to MOQ) increments available 600/900/1000 standard sizes.

Evolution Multi-groove

Evolution Multi-Groove is a premium flat panel that has one or two grooves engineered into its surface, creating subtle shadow lines on the building’s façade and an illusion of smaller panel widths without the installation time constraints.
Length 1.8 to 17m, increments available 900 and 1000 standard sizes.

Corners and Curves

Curved elevations and neatly formed secret-fix corners are easily achieved with the QuadCore Evolution range.


Panels can be curved vertically and horizontally to create large sweeping elevations or used for more understated corner sections.

Panels can also be cranked and mitred to form internal or external corner units or to create depth to a boxed and recessed window detail.

BR 135 Classified System

150mm PIR Benchmark Evolution system has been tested to BS8414-2 and meets the requirements of BR 135 for facades with a storey above 18m.

Technical Details

Standard length is 1.8 to 12 metres. Panel lengths up to 17 metres are available. Panels less than 1.8 metres
long can be supplied and are subject to an extra charge. These panels cannot be end lapped.

1000m standard cover width. 
Non-standard widths available are in between 600mm and 1000mm in 1mm increments. Non-standard cover widths are subject to minimum order quantities and extra charges. Please contact Benchmark quotations for
additional information.

Coatings

Coatings - External Sheet
Kingspan Spectrum™
Reverse side of sheet coated with a light grey polyester coating.

Coatings - Internal Liner
Standard polyester coating developed for use for the internal lining of insulated panels. Standard colour is “bright white” with an easily cleaned surface.
Kingspan Cleansafe coating developed for use where the liner is exposed to foodstuffs and is regularly cleaned. Colour white.
Kingspan Aquasafe coating for internal high humidity environments. Colour white.

Reverse side of sheet coated with a light grey polyester coating.

Steel Substrate

S220GD+ZA hot-dip zinc/aluminium Galfan coated metal to BS EN10214: 1992.
Standard external sheet thickness 0.63mm, standard  internal sheet thickness 0.4mm.

KS900 Benchmark Evolution & KS1000 Benchmark Evolution are approved by FM to FM 4881 for exterior wall systems

KS 600-1000 Benchmark Evolution panel systems are approved by LPCB to LPS1181-1



The steel outer and inner facings have Class 1 surface spread of flame to BS476 - 7: 1987, and are Class 0,
as defined by Building Regulations.
