Vertical 50mm deep top-hats at 275mm centres installed on to outer face of 220mm thick Hybrid insulated Wall Liner panel
No lining. Cold formed steel angles to edge of floor slab.

BML 400 Aluminium Facade System Fire Test

Tested build-up:

  • Booth Muirie BML 400 rivet fixed 4 mm Mitsubishi ALPOLIC/A2 ACM panel with 20 mm joints, to an aluminium vertical support railing system;
  • Siderise RH25G 90/30 horizontal open state cavity barrier with intumescent strip; 
  • Siderise RSV 90/30 vertical cavity barrier;
  • Aluminium helping hand bracket;
  • 100 mm Kingspan Kooltherm K15 Rainscreen Board fixed to 100 mm blockwork substrate.

  • Siderise Lamatherm RH25G-90/30 stone wool horizontal cavity barriers with intumescent strip
  • Siderise Lamatherm RV-90/30 stone wool vertical cavity barriers
  • Galvanised steel ‘U’-shaped channels
  • 100mm Kingspan Kooltherm K15 Rainscreen board fixed to 12mm thick Versapanel cement particle board.
  • Two layers of 12.5 mm plasterboard fixed to Kingframe SFS comprising galvanised, cold formed steel ‘C’ & ‘U’-sections with 100x50 mm studs
