110 Bishopsgate, informally known as Heron Tower is a £47million skyscraper owned by Heron International in the City of London. It stands 230 metres tall, including its 28 metre mast, or 202 metres (663 ft) excluding the mast - making it the tallest building in London’s financial district.

1 Finsbury Avenue

1 Finsbury Avenue had a total floor space of 23,000m2 over seven levels, and although this is a significantly sized building, Kingspan Access Floors regularly completes projects of this size and greater.

20 Fenchurch Street

20 Fenchurch Street is a 34-storey mixed use office building boasting London’s highest public green space, café, bar and restaurant. The iconic postmodern building was designed by architect, Rafael Viñoly and was completed in 2014.


52 Lime Street

52 Lime Street, informally known as “The Scalpel” accommodates the European headquarters of the global insurance business, W. R. Berkley Corporation, and was developed by its UK-based development arm.

Admiral Insurance Group

Admiral Insurance Group’s new 11-storey head office is situated in a regeneration area of Cardiff city centre. The new headquarters enabled the group to bring all 2,000 of their staff into one building, with capacity to accommodate a total of 3,000 people.


Alchemia II Titanium Building - Poland

The set of buildings collectively called ‘Alchemia’ is home to the European headquarters for State Street, a US-based financial services institution in Gdańsk, Poland. The second phase of the project, ‘Alchemia II’ was completed in 2016.

Bloomberg, London, Kingspan Access Floors


Bloomberg’s European Headquarters opened with excitement in October 2017. The marquee building in the heart of London provides new office space for Bloomberg.

British Sugar

Sustainability was the top priority when British Sugar decided to create a new headquarters to replace its old, tired office. The two-storey office building in Peterborough was designed in accordance with the Passive House principles – a set of five rigorous guidelines employed to help new builds achieve maximum energy efficiency.


Brent Civic Centre

Completed in 2013, Brent Civic Centre in Wembley houses Brent Council’s offices and public facilities, including Wembley Library, the busiest reading room in London and third most used in Britain.


Cannon Place

Built over eight floors, Cannon Place delivers highly specified, contemporary Class A space in Hampstead. Each floor offers virtually column-free space with uninterrupted light. The landmark building was completed in 2013.

Centre for Digital Innovation (C4DI)

The iconic building in the heart of the regeneration of the Fruit Market area in Hull, UK includes 1,600 sq. m. of Kingspan Access Floors bare-faced RG3 panels with Europed pedestals. The 23,000 sq. ft. building provides a focal point for Hull’s tech-based businesses.

City Quays II

The award-winning Belfast Harbour development presents superior spaces with City Quays 2, which has received a BREEAM-rating of ‘Excellent’.

HP Wynyard Data Centre

HP's data centre in Wynyard, near Newcastle is among the most efficient in the world, thanks to its use of North Sea air cooling rather than refrigeration to keep servers cool.


Lambeth College

Lambeth College forms part of a £61 million redevelopment of its sites at Brixton, Clapham and Vauxhall. The first phase saw the construction of a new sixth form building at the Clapham Centre.


Leadenhall Building

The Leadenhall Building, also known as “The Cheesegrater” was completed in 2014. The 48-storey skyscraper has become an iconic part of the London skyline. The building was named, ‘City of London Building of the Year’ by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects in 2015.


Leeds DC1

Cornelius House (also known as Leeds DC1) was the first major independent data centre and the largest of its kind outside of London.


Liverpool Central Library

After three years and a £55million refurbishment, the Liverpool Central Library reopened in 2013. The redevelopment aimed to strike a balance between restoring the grade II listed buildings and introducing new 21st century spaces.

Microsoft HQ - Dublin

Cableplan has supplied and installed over 25,000m2 of Kingspan Raised access floor solutions to Microsoft for it’s new Leopardstown Campus.


Midtown Phase 1 - Gibraltar

Phase 1 of the Midtown development delivers over 7,000 sq. m. of premium office space, with Phase 2 offering a further 11,000 sq. m. to follow.

New Ludgate

One & Two New Ludgate is a £260 million mixed use building scheme located next to the Old Bailey in the City of London. It was the only major speculative office building to complete in 2015. One & Two New Ludgate were designed to replace aging commercial properties.


Newman University College

Newman University invested £20million in redeveloping parts of the campus, including a new state-of-the-art library, entrance (St Chad Building) and teaching spaces, all of which were completed in 2012.


One Angel Court

One Angel Court is a grade A office space in Throgmorton Street, London, UK offering large floor plates throughout and benefits from a number of terraces and outdoor spaces.


One New Change

One New Change is an eight-storey mixed use office building boasting superb views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the City of London. The iconic modernist building was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect, Jean Nouvel and was completed in 2010.


Principal Place

Principal Place Commercial development is a 16 storey mixed-use Grade A Building, located in the London Borough of Hackney, positioned between the City of London and the vibrant, creative Shoreditch area.


Royal Albert Dock

A new vision for London’s historic wharves sees an ambitious mixed-use development established along the waterfront, presenting attractive business opportunities within former derelict docklands. Kingspan Access Floors’ system was specified for the Grade A offices, helping them achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.

Sixty London

Sixty London at 60 Holborn Viaduct is a 210,000 sq ft office building completed in 2013. The building is built to high sustainability standards achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ status.


Southbank Place

With the rising trend of solo workers and small businesses wanting productive work environments in London, Kingspan Access Floors has helped to deliver inspiring, collaborative office spaces at Southbank Place.


The International Quarter (TIQ)

The International Quarter (TIQ) is London's newest and most progressive business district delivering a lasting legacy for East London's economy.


TV Centre London

Main contractor, Mace worked in collaboration with English Heritage to ensure Television Centre's famous Helios building, along with the courtyard and atomic dot wall Studio One, were carefully refurbished while preserving many other original features of the iconic former BBC building.

University of Northampton 2

University of Northampton

A functional design with a complementary aesthetic is achieved on time and in budget at a new university campus, whilst targeting a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.

The Technology Entrepreneurship Centre (TEC) is a new 2,000m² BREEAM Excellent 3-storey office building based at The University of Nottingham Innovation Park and is the focal-point of the University's Enterprise Zone.

V&A Dundee the £80 million museum rated excellent at its design stage BREEAM assessment. The museums unique design achieves a high quality aesthetic using Kingspans Attiro


White City Place - Westworks

White City Place is a new and exciting business district, covering 17 acres in regenerated White City. The development includes more than 400,000 sq. ft. of new offices at Television Centre, finished to a Grade A standard.
