Business Development Manager Czech Republic (m/f)

Your role

  • Responsible for the specification and sales of Therma®, Kooltherm® and Optim-R® product ranges.
  • Follow and guide construction projects from the start at the investor, via architect all the way through to contractor to make sure Kingspan’s products get specified and sold.
  • Closely collaborate with professional colleagues from the technical services department, marketing and internal sales.
  • Build a reliable network in the construction industry, in particular with architects, specifiers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Home office or working from the sales office in Prague are both possible.
  • Reporting to the Commercial Manager Czech Republic & Slovakia.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree or higher, technical education is an advantage.
  • Strong professional character with both commercial as well as technical qualities.
  • Proven track record within the construction industry, preferably with high-end suppliers.
  • Comfortable in dealing with different stakeholders, able to communicate with them adequately.
  • Manage to build a reliable network in the construction industry, in particular with architects and specifiers. Already existing network is an advantage.
  • You live in or close to Prague.
  • You can work independently as well as be an active member of the team.
  • You are pro-active and are able to prioritize focus areas.
  • You are native in Czech, fluent in English and have a valid driving license.
