A few weeks ago, the Managing Director of Thermakraft Dwayne Warby and I sat down together in our virtual room via VC to create a shared Vision, Mission and set of Goals for the collective businesses that were meaningful, collective and identifiable with all of us under Kingspan.

We took inspiration from the Vision and Mission statements of both Kingspan and Thermakraft, taking into account our leading product Brands of Ausmesh, Kooltherm, Air-Cell, Therma and Thermakraft.

We also reflected on Kingspan’s Global Vision and Mission statement, acknowledging how we all now align with it in both application and identification with global emissions, climate change and the quest for a zero-emissions future.

We are now under one company with over 140 people spread across five countries and three regions as part of the Kingspan Insulation APAC business unit, where we now offer a greater range of products to our customers across a broader manufacturing base and distribution.
As Dwayne stated in his statement to the market last month, “This is an extremely exciting opportunity for us as a team to be part of something bigger, while remaining true to our values and culture”.
So on behalf of Dwayne and the executive teams of both Thermakraft and Kingspan, we invite all of our people across Asia, Australia and New Zealand to take up the pursuit of our new shared Vision, Mission and Goals.
