Customer Service Officer

Our CSOs provide solutions to customer enquiries across three channels – retail, reseller and builders. Based in our HO in Smithfield, you will join part of a friendly professional team and your new job will involve:

· Effectively answering inbound phone, email and E-commerce enquires

· Entering orders received into ERP (Microsoft Navision)

· Providing quotes to customers (initially retail and reseller channels)

· Ensuring Outlook Inbox enquiries are actioned within appropriate timeframes
 

You will need:

· A professional manner in dealing directly with retail and industry customers and internal stakeholders

· Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve under pressure

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively

· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with experience using CRMs
 

And ideally:

· Ability to understand and interpret technical diagrams, basic hydraulic plans and house plans

· Exposure to the construction, plumbing, irrigation or trade industries

Installer

Our Installers construct and maintain our water storage tanks for commercial and rural projects which involves driving to rural sites after the tank is delivered onsite. Your new job will involve:

· Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and specifications to determine project requirements

· Constructing water storage tanks to company and customer specifications

· Assisting in the preparation for the mobilization to site

· Performing quality inspections of completed products

· Attending and contributing to client project meetings

· Ensuring compliance with WHS guidelines
 

You will need:

· Previous experience in Construction including remote work (which could include days away from home)

· Good manual handling skills including handling heavy loads and performing physical tasks in sometimes difficult environmental conditions

· The ability to work as part of a team as well as alone/remotely

· MR Drivers license, Working at Heights ticket, Confined Spaces, EWP and Forklift license.

MR Driver

We need MR Drivers with a good Drivers History to transport our rainwater tanks and supplies around Australia. Based out of Sydney, Melbourne, Deniliquin, Brisbane and Perth, your new job will involve:

· Driving a MR Truck with 7-metre trailer around metro and rural areas

· Assisting with loading and offloading rainwater tanks and garden beds

· Assisting with installing tanks on jobs (training provided)
 

You will need:

· 2+ years driving experience

· A valid medium rigid (MR) truck license

· Good manual handling skills

· Be safety focused, hardworking, punctual and reliable.
