The table below summarises the number of employees by employment type at our major UK and Ireland sites in 2007.

Across Kingspan there is an emphasis on the value of training, with a wide range of training being offered to employees and staff both internally and from outside institutions. Generally, employees receive a formal performance appraisal across the Group which includes an assessment of training needs. Opportunities for sponsorship of external studies are ongoing, where a benefit to the business and job related professional development exist. Leadership courses have been also held on some sites with spare places offered to members of the local community.
