During 2007, Kingspan had an average of approximately 6,500 employees, an increase of approximately 1,400 from 2006. Kingspan recognises that its employees are a valuable resource, and the fair treatment of our employees is paramount. To that end, Kingspan has developed a number of employee policies and practices to ensure that employees are appropriately trained, protected and aware of the aims of the Group.
